At Vitabee Raw Honey, we take great pride in delivering pure, natural honey straight from our farms to your doorstep. To ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly, we have partnered with trusted national courier services such as Delhivery and others.

  • Order Processing Time:
    All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the time the order is placed, excluding Sundays and public holidays. In case of unforeseen delays or emergencies, we will notify you via email or phone.
  • Bulk Orders:
    For bulk orders (more than 10 jars), shipping timelines may vary. We’ll connect with you directly to confirm delivery dates and logistics.
  • Tracking Your Order:
    As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping details. We know waiting for your favorite honey isn’t easy, so we keep you updated every step of the way!
  • Help Us Deliver Smoothly:
    Please double-check your shipping address, phone number, and pin code before placing your order. Any errors may lead to delays or failed deliveries — and we want your Vitabee honey to reach you fresh and on time!

Return & Refund

We want you to love every drop of your Vitabee Raw Honey. However, in case something doesn’t go as planned, we’re here to help.

  • Unboxing Video Required:
    Please record an unboxing video when you receive your package. This is essential for us to process any refunds or returns related to damage during transit. Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to accept return or refund requests for damaged items.
  • Wrong Product Received?
    If you’ve received the wrong product, please email us at 📧 support@vitabee.in within 24 hours of receiving the order. Attach clear images and the unboxing video with your message. We’ll make it right, no questions asked!
  • Opened or Used Products:
    Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Damaged Products:
    In the rare case that your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and images. We’ll review your request and do our best to make things right.
  • Shipping Charges:
    Shipping fees are non-refundable. Any refunds issued will be net of return shipping costs. (After all, we don’t run the courier service ourselves!)
